Blue Meanies Cubensis is a very popular variety of ceremonial mushroom typically used for 'Journey' tea. Do not confuse this with the traditional 'Blue Meanies' (Panaeolus cyanescens) which is typically stronger. While this is a cubensis strain, it is still a fairly strong experience, so caution is recommended. Start slow until you know your tolerance. Best for new to experienced journeyers. We can send you a guide to preparing your tea with both traditional technique and 'Lemon-Tek'. Many people have very good experiences with just a small amount of tea. If you are new to the experience we recommend that you start very slow with a minimal dose and work your way up. A 'trip-sitter' is recommended for anyone new to the journey.

Many people have chosen the benefits offered from taking mushrooms at a microdose level. Generally used for focus, creativity, and clarity. Many have found consistent microdoseing beneficial in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and more.
A 'microdose' is a very small, sub-perceivable amount taken by many. At this 'micro' level, the user does not feel 'high' and can go about their daily activities as normal while enjoying the physical and emotional benefits of the medicine.
See our page 'Personal Research' for more information.
Microdose can be taken at many dosages. The most common are 100mg and 150mg. Any strain can be used but Golden Teacher is a staple in most microdosing communities.
